Kootenai County Farmers' Market

Everything at our markets is truly local, being produced or gathered by the vendors. When we open in May you will find early produce and we are the best nursery in town, with a fabulous selection of plants to start your own garden. Stalls overflow with tomato and vegetable starts, annuals, perennials, strawberry starts and much more. These are varieties well adapted to our local climate. As the season progresses there is more and more produce, flowers and huckleberries until every corner is filled with the abundance of summer. Fall brings pumpkins, squash, cider, jams and dried flowers. Our Christmas Market at the Fairgrounds in December has been very successful. Even more variety of vendors is expected for 2012. We open May 11. Our new hours are 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
