We specialize in grass-finished burgers, in-house smoked pork bar-b-que, pizzas, and other cafe and vegetarian fare, including hand made hush puppies, salads, Korean bar-b-que burger (bulgogi), and weekly specials. Many of our ingredients are organic and locally sourced when in season, and always freshly prepared by our experienced staff. We strive to make all of our delicious items with the best ingredients possible. Our deepest desire is to promote the purchase and use of local products to treat the New River Valley to a taste of home-cooking at its finest. Mikie's 7th continues to cultivate new relationships with area farms. Several of Craig's and Giles' own producers help stock our pantry and freezers. Our staple, year-round local suppliers service our need for the highest quality ground beef that goes into our burgers. The beef we use is not only grass fed, but entirely grass finished, creating a product with remarkable flavor and distinct cooking qualities. Throughout the seasons we have an assortment of local produce sources as well, from as close as Giles�¯�¿�½?�?�¢ï¿½?�¯ï¿½?�¿ï¿½?�½?�?�¯ï¿½?�¿ï¿½?�½? Our specials menu also gives us the opportunity to explore new ideas, often incorporating seasonal items from our farm suppliers (think asparagus!).
