Pastured Tamworth hogs. A longer and leaner pork also known as the bacon pig. Leaner meaning less back fat, but not lacking in flavor. Prince Charles loves the flavor of this breed so much game actually raises his own and is given a lot of credit for helping to preserve the breed. Been told by many customers this is the best pork they tasted. A slower growing pig, but a higher yielding breed, so don't let the price fool you. 1/2 and whole pigs available. Contact us to get on our list. You won't be disappointed. NOW LICENSED TO SELL INDIVIDUAL CUTS OFF THE FARM. Also pastured Cornish crosses, red and also black free ranger meat chickens, as well as angus crossed beef at times.
