CSA: Clover Road Farm

Our shareholders get the first and best of the farm's organic production. Vegetables are hand-picked and washed just prior to packing baskets getting prepared for delivery day. Variety of produce includes lettuces, onions, squashes, tomatoes, beans, corn, peppers, broccoli, herbs, cabbage, etc. In August when the harvest is plentiful and diverse, shareholders are offered a "swap-out" table where they can make choices other than what might be in their baskets. Canning amounts are available by special order.. Free Range Egg S are available as an add-on. We offer recipes to help get variations on preparation of items offered.
