Chicken Springs Ranch

We raise Scottish Highland Cattle. They are an old breed from Scotland. They have less fat and cholesterol than other cattle and a higher protein level. We raise them on grass without the use of antibiotics,hormones or steroids. These cattle take a little longer to get to the processing stage but the flavor is well worth it.
