Coffee Pot Cellars is the inspiration of award winning Long Island winemaker Adam Suprenant. The winery was founded in 2008 and is the namesake of the lighthouse just off Orient Point which stands at the eastern most tip of the North Fork. Coffee Pot Cellars purchases grapes from top-tier North Fork vineyards and custom crushes the fruit at Osprey's Dominion, where Adam has and continues to be the winemaker for over ten years.
About 750 cases per year are currently being produced and are divided among four wines, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and a Meritage blend. We seek to achieve in our wine the purest expression of the fruit from which it was made and the unique terroir of the vineyard where it was grown. To that end we employ traditional winemaking techniques with emphasis on preserving and elevating true varietal character through a minimum of intervention by the winemaker.

We stock Laura's honey as well as her beeswax candles, crayons and lip balm. Come have a glass of our exquisite wines and view Laura's observational hive, right in the heart of the North Fork.
Well I have not yet tried Adam's wine offerings but I do have experience with the honey sold there. In a word sweet, but as the infomercials say "But Wait!". If variety of flavor and purity of product interests you then be sure to try the best honey I have ever tasted.
