We are a small family ranch located in Roanoke, TX. We sell Grain on Grass Finished Beef and offer individual cuts, packages, whole or half, as well as custom packages. We believe that the healthiest, best tasting beef comes from animals that are humanely raised. Our cattle always have plenty of grass, hay, feed, fresh water, shelter, and live in a clean environment with plenty of room for each animal. The beef we produce has never been given hormones, steroids, or antibiotics and we are certified members of the Beef Quality Assurance Program.
