Cold Hollow Cider Mill

We make apple cider the old-fashioned way, with a traditional rack and cloth press, using Vermont fancy McIntosh apples from local farms. All of our food products are either produced here or on the farms and hillsides surrounding us by our friends and neighbors. Hot apple cider donuts, cider jelly, maple syrup, honey and more: our shelves are stocked with fine Vermont speciality foods.
