Cold Spring Farm is a small family operation where we raise 100% grass fed black angus beef for meat and breeding stock, we also raise registered and commercial boers goats. Our animal are raised on grass only and rotated daily to maintain healthy pasture and healthy environment. Our beef is from a 2 year old angus steer finished on fields high on clover and alfalfa to ensure maximum tenderness and nutrition. Professionals slaughter under Missouri inspection and vacuum sealed. We sell meat by the cut or you can get whole beef, half beef, and quarter beef too. Also available ground beef. Packages.
