Cowboys, and scientists, raising pasture-fed beef with our families in Utah. Two years ago our ranch was a depleted, over-farmed wheat field with dried out, cracked soil. Today it is a teeming prairie and thriving ecosystem. Our mission is to show the world that cattle are not an ecological disaster, but may actually be a solution. Our commitment is to raise--through love and science--the healthiest beef in America, and to reclaim the wild west, one pasture at a time. All of our beef is hormone, antibiotic, and vaccine free, and it always will be.
