We achieve that through the genetics of our animals, preserving the health of our animals, and implementing regenerative soil and farming practices.

Our heritage breed, 100% grass-fed beef receives consistent rave reviews as "The Best Burger". We only raise the meat we want to feed our family: exceptional flavor; affordably priced; and, a healthier choice for our 4 growing kids. Our beef is "heritage breed, young beef". These are yearling calves that are born on our farm, and spend the next 8-12 months drinking their mothers milk and grazing forage pastures -no grain ever! We sell by the 1/8, 1/4, half and whole.
