Rainbow Ridge Farms

Farm life is part of the experience here. Guests are welcome to join us in the barn to milk our dairy goats, feed the chickens, collect fresh eggs, and walk the farm. One of our favorite adventures is hiking up to the “Monkey Tree” with the goat herd.

We also welcome school groups for age-appropriate farm tours, giving children an opportunity to see animals up close and learn about life on a small farm. Please visit our website to learn more and arrange a class visit.

We are not a commercial dairy, so we look for creative and practical ways to use the milk produced by our goats. One of my favorite things to make is handmade goat milk soap and lotion, using a variety of essential oils and fragrance oils. Our goat milk also helps nourish the next generation on the farm—it is used to feed our baby goats, as well as pigs and calves when needed.

We also have several hives of honey bees, and raw honey is occasionally available. Our happy, free-roaming, pasture-raised chickens provide fresh eggs, which are available for $3.00 per dozen.

In addition to our goats and other farm animals, we raise a limited number of pasture-raised pigs. We believe in making the most of what our farm provides and sharing the experience of small-scale, hands-on farming with our guests and community.
