Colorado Local First is a community-involved directory aimed at building stronger relationship between local businesses and their communities. You can search by keywords, categories, location and various socially responsible and environmentally sustainable business practices. You can recommend listings, write reviews, rate your experiences and even let us know what kind of responsible business practices you'd like to see happening in your community. The directory launched in May 2008 with basic information for over 432,000 local businesses. But we need your help to let us know which ones are the best community citizens. We have a number of local farms and CSAs as members and also host Eat Local First events connecting local restaurants, farmers and food producers for fresher, healthier more local food. Our office is also a Denver drop-off/distribution point for the Grant Family Farms CSA program.
