Right now we are focusing on raising Coturnix quail and American Bresse chickens. One of our most popular items is pickled quail eggs. We have pickled quail eggs in apple cider vinegar, with Jalapeno's, garlic and red pepper flakes, and a mustard base offering that taste just like a deviled egg.
