Enjoy our fresh, delicious Certified Organic produce by joining our 2013 CSA! Each week, from June-October, CSA members will receive a diverse share of the best vegetables growing on our farm, selected and harvested earlier in the day.

What's in a Weekly Share?

Here are some of the vegetables you can expect to receive throughout the season:

Spring Veggies: Arugula, Baby Beets, Broccoli, Broccoli Rabe, Baby Carrots, Cabbage, Baby Chard, Asian greens, Collard greens, Dandelion greens, Lettuce, Fennel, Baby Kale, Mesclun Salad Mix, Spring Onions, Parsley, Peas, Radishes, Sorrel, Spinach, Spring Herb Bouquet (Parsley, Dill and Chives).

Summer Veggies: Green Beans, Beets, Carrots, Chard, Cilantro, Sweet Corn, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Garlic, Leeks, Melons, Onions, Peppers (Hot and Sweet), New Potatoes, Scallions, Summer Squash, Summer Herb Bouquet (Basil, Cilantro and Parsley), Tomatoes.

Fall Veggies: Arugula, Beets, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Chinese Broccoli, Carrots, Cabbage, Celery Root, Chard, Asian greens, Cilantro, Fall Herb Bouquet (Thyme, Sage and Rosemary), Fennel, Kale, Leeks, Lettuce, Mesclun Salad Mix, Mustard greens, Onions, Parsnips, Potatoes, Winter Radishes, Scallions, Spinach, Winter Squash, Turnips.

Members pick up their shares directly from us, in-person, farmers' market style, on Wednesday evenings in northwest Evanston, IL.

Wauwatosa, WI

(Sat)

CSA members pick-up their shares directly from us at the Tosa Farmers' Market (City Parking lot across from the Historic Little Red Store) on Saturdays, 8am-noon (June 1-October 19).

Our 20-week CSA season runs from June-October. Each week, you receive a diverse share of our best certified organic veggies so you can cook delicious, nutritious meals all season long. Your weekly share includes 7-9 different veggies.

We deliver our CSA shares to you in-person, farmers' market style in northwest Evanston, IL and Wauwatosa, WI.
