Yankee Farmer's Market

Yankee Farmer's Market is a NH Buffalo farm who offers many NH products, including USDA inspected bison (buffalo) meat, elk, venison, free-range chicken and turkey, pastured pork and grass fed beef. The farm distributes nationwide to retail and wholesale accounts, offering a wide variety of steaks, roasts, burgers, sausages and jerky. Hides, skulls, breedstock, farm tours and internships are also available.

We also sell live buffalo to farms and support entrepreneurs in their own farms, as well as a buy-back program for those interested in farming buffalo.

Our sister farm Pitcher Mountain Farm in Stoddard has over 220 acres of beautiful farm land and is home to our heritage breed Grass Fed Scottish Highland Beef.
