Confections with Convictions

Confections with Convictions is Kalamazoo's only shop making truffles and other confections exclusively from Fair Trade, organic certified chocolate. Our confections are hand crafted from original recipes by chocolatier Dale Anderson, and contain fresh local fruits, herbs, honey, and maple syrup.

We use organic blueberries from Mitchell's in Bangor, honey and maple syrup from Jack & Jill's Maple Hill Farm in Paw Paw, along with fresh local fruits and herbs from the Kalamazoo Farmers Market.

Vegan and gluten free options are always available. The mission of the business is to employ people who are overcoming barriers and making new beginnings.
