We are a family farm specializing in seasonal grass fed and finished beef. Four generations have farmed the land since 1907. We have a herd of 65 red and black Angus beef cattle. We are committed to raising our cattle using regenerative agricultural methods and providing consumers in Northeast Ohio with high quality grass-fed and finished beef that is nutrient dense. We move our cattle daily in pastures throughout the growing season. During the winter months, they are fed hay grown on the farm. We do not use growth hormones and only use antibiotics when medically necessary.

We strive to be good stewards of the land and use practices to enhance the well-being of our cattle. The crops grown on the farm have been certified as organic since 2011. Organic farming practices encourage life above and below the soil surface.

Farm visits are welcome and we look forward to building relationships with consumers.

Schedule and Location:
We believe grass fed and finished is a seasonal delicacy. The optimum time to finish beef on grass is during times of rapid grass growth. In Northern Ohio, cool season grasses in our pastures grow rapidly in the spring and fall. We aim to schedule butcher dates during these times of year.

We sell beef from our farm in 2 ways. One way is frozen beef directly to consumer. Purchase options include a quarter, side, or whole carcass. Our prices are $4.50/lb for front quarters (mostly ground beef and roasts) and hind quarters (mostly ground beef and steak). Sides are priced at $4.25/lb and a whole animal is $4.00/lb. The prices are based on the hanging weight of the animal which includes unusable parts of the carcass. The prices do not include fees for processing, cutting, packaging, and freezing the meat from the butcher. Orders can be customized by the butcher to meet the buyer's specifications.

Beef from our farm is also available at Heinen's Markets in the Cleveland area.
