We are a small company that wholesales local, fresh, and sustainable produce to retail stores, restaurants, CSAs, and individuals. All of our produce is sourced from the Redland, the agricultural region about 30 miles SW of Miami, in an effort to support local farmers and keep money flowing within the local food economy. Working directly with small (<10 acres) farmers allows us to control harvest and production of a wide assortment of local tropicals, exotics, and heirloom varietals. Our farmers practice various methods of sustainable measures (little to no use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides) to grow delicious food with maximal nutritional value.
Our company specializes in tropical fruits and veggies that include, but are not limited to: lychees, longans, jakfruit, dragonfruit, canistel, sapodilla, guava (thai and strawberry), sapote (black and white), kumquat, loquat, bananas, sugar cane, avocados, sugar apple, star apple, custard apple, etc.
