CSA: County Line Meats

What is a meat CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture and operates on a subscription basis, fostering a cooperative relationship between farmer and member. The idea is a simple one: customers purchase a share (in our case a small or large) of the farm?s meat production rather than buying single items at retail prices.

Small CSA: 8lbs. of our grass-fed beef; cuts included are 3-4 lbs. lean ground beef and 4-5 lbs. roasts, stew meat and steaks. This bundle will fit easily in the freezer compartment of your household refrigerator.

Large CSA: 16lbs. of our grass-fed beef. Cuts are the same as above, except more! From time to time the extra eight pounds is slightly different, but that just offers more variety. This package requires a bit more freezer space.

Our CSA bundles are pre-assembled at the farm and delivered to you- every month, for the duration of your contract.
*We deliver FREE to Jamestown- within the city limits. Contact Kristi if you are outside this area.
Other options for deliveries are:
*A one-time delivery (receiving all of your ?bundles? at once)
* An every other month delivery option.
