CSA: Cove Creek Farm

We provide a mix of ground beef, ground pork sausage, steaks, beef and pork roast, and pork chops totaling the share selected. We aim to provide half the share as ground and the other half as cuts. We also give you 50% beef and 50% pork. Our cattle are grass-fed, grass-finished and never fed any grain or grain byproduct. Our pigs are also raised on pasture and supplemented with a fermented barley that we source from other local farms.
