Creaking Tree Farm

We are specialty Garlic growers located in Alvin, IL. Our 2021 planting of all naturally grown Garlic is from our own stock we have been nurturing for the last 6 years. We only use natural organic fertilizers, and follow all GAP guidelines for growing, harvesting and packing. Most bulbs are 2 1/2"-3" and can be used for eating or as seed in your own garden.

We will have fresh Garlic Scapes available from our 2021 harvest at the end of May 2021 and lots of recipes for them. They are Yummy!! Garlic Pesto is our favorite and we are now pickling them for use all year! Pickled Garlic Scapes are available while quantities last!

Our German Hardneck Garlic will be harvested near the middle of July 2021. We are busy cleaning and drying our garlic In July. . Shipping will start around August 2nd for the 2021 season. You can call early to get on the list!

We wholesale German Hardneck Garlic in July/August by the pound shipped or delivery if local. Fresh Garlic Scapes are available for wholesale for a short time in June/July. Pickled Garlic Scapes are sold by the jar while available - They sell out fast so give us a call to get on the list for 2021!
