Crossbow Land & Cattle offers shares of American Wagyu beef to individuals and families just like you right here in Jacksonville Florida, your source for local beef from a real farm and ranch. All the beef in the share is packaged indivually in mostly 2# packages for easy meal preparation. Roasts will be between 3# and 4# per roast depending on the cut. We also produce lamb meat.

Direct to Consumer from the Ranch!!! Shares of beef and whole lamb are sold as packaged meat and weighed out in shares. Point of sale is at the same ranch where the steers and lambs graze. We take them from birth to harvest on the same pasture/ranch where they are sold to you ready for your freezer. Your Beef are picked up by apointment only. We are located in Northwest Jacksonville.
