We are a certified organic, family farm proud to provide the Dane County area with healthy, local, and sustainable fruits and vegetables.
Crossroads Community Farm began in 2005. Located in the town of Cross Plains, Wisconsin, we are a family farm raising an abundance and great variety of vegetables every year.
We directly market our produce through our CSA, at our farm stand at the Westside Community Market, and to various restaurants and stores in the Madison area.

In the Foxridge neighborhood at the top of Stratford Ct. address is 1340 Stratford Ct. To get there from greenway blvd go south on highpoint road (right). go about 1/4 mile then your first right is stratford ct. go to the top of the hill, house is tan with a three car garage. boxes will be ready for pickup from 4-7 pm on wednesdays.

Members will pick up their shares on the farm on Wednesday afternoons after 4:00. There is a walkin cooler that the boxes will be stored in to keep them fresh.
