Crystal River Meats is located in Carbondale, CO. We are a family owned and operated business supplying the Roaring Fork Valley with Grass-Finished Beef, Colorado pasture lamb, heritage pork, and pasture chicken. Our animals are born in the Roaring Fork and Crystal River Valleys, and raised on the abundant clean air, water and pasture. Our livestock is 100% grass-fed on open pastures and raised with NO growth hormones and NO antibiotics. Our meat is processed locally and dry aged for fifteen to twenty-one days. We are proudly local and committed to supplying our community with nutritious, grass-fed meats.
