Cucina Gemelli is a chef-driven, independent local restaurant in Twin Falls, Idaho, opened in late 2010. A champion of SlowFood where fast food predominates, we offer our guests the freshest seasonal tastes with hand-crafted Mediterranean-influenced modern American cuisine. We strive to feature as much local produce, meats, and dairy as we can, crediting our farmers with the wonderful taste such great raw material brings to our culinary creations. Cucina Gemelli is open for lunch, happy hour and dinner, has unique private dining rooms, and caters on- and off-premise. Our food is complemented by an extensive, eclectic wine list which includes many local selections from the Snake River Valley appellation in addition to Northwest regional wines and good value European wines from small producers. Local beers are featured on our taps, including rotating seasonal brews from RiverBend Beer in Ketchum/Sun Valley, Sockeye Brewery in Boise, Laughing Dog in Ponderay (near Coeur d'Alene), and Idaho Brewing Company in Idaho Falls.
