Cut Beef

Cut Beef cattle are raised on two neighboring ranches in Tyler, Texas. We sell pasture-raised natural beef. Our beef is free for hormones and antibiotics. All beef is USDA inspected. We dry age our beef at least 21 days to ensure quality taste and tenderness. Each cut is vacuum sealed for freshness. For large package, beef is flash frozen to ensure it stays fresh since the day it was cut. We never add preservatives.
