Cypress Grove Farm Store offers frozen cuts of beef directly to our customers. By purchasing beef from Cypress Grove Farm Store, customers can be assured they are providing their families with healthy, local beef, directly from the farmer. Beef from the Belted Galloway breed has been proven to be one of top for tenderness and flavor, while still surpassing USDA standards for calories, fats and cholesterols. Our beef was pasture raised on location, without the use of any growth hormones of antibiotics. You can see our herd as you drive up to the farm store. The beef was processed by Das Schlacht Haus in Arthur IL, and is vacuum packed in individual servings, making it both easy to defrost, and efficient to use. In addition to our Belted Galloway beef, Cypress Grove Farm Store also offers local pork and lamb. We currently stock pork from Eversole Family Farm in Shelbyville, IL and Kevin & Jane Bliler from Taylorville, IL. Bliler's pork is raised antibiotic free on a concrete lot, not confinement. All lamb comes from Winning Ways Sheep Farm outside Moweaqua, IL.
