We are a family owned and operated farm. Our farm started in the 90's as we raised cross bred beef. We thought we were doing well until we started learning about the registered angus and purchased a couple. On that being said we never looked back. The growth, taste and unremarkable difference was unbelievable. We now raise and sell registered angus beef and registered angus bulls. In the future we are planning to sell breeding stock concentrating on maternal values as well as carcass values that are valuable to our customers. Our goal is to raise the best quality beef that we can. They are rotationally grazed on our 25 paddocks throughout the summer months and are fed baleage for the winter months with dry hay. It is produced from our hay fields that are used as no till crop production to conserve the land. As our calves get weaned we start them on grain and finish with corn to boost their marbling for taste satisfaction. We do "not" add any extra growth hormones. What you see and taste is in the genetic that we strive for. Any one is welcome to come and take a tour and check our cattle out as they grow.
We now take in two or three beef a month for slaughtering. We sell 1/4,1/2, whole. We take our meat to get processed at warsaw meat packing where they do a remarkable job to satisfy our customers.
