Dakota Garlic is a family farm specializing in gourmet hardneck garlic. Originally started in North Dakota we purchased and moved the business to Southwest Minnesota in 2005. We believe our combination of climate and soil type make possible an exceptional gourmet quality garlic. All our garlic is grown and stored without chemical fertilizers, insecticides, or herbicides.
