Soup Cook-Off

Vendors and customers are urged to participate in our First Annual Soup Cooking Throw Down. A $10 entrance fee will provide the top three vote getters wth a sizable prize! All main ingredients must be found at the Freight House Market. Samples will be served to those voting and recipes will be made available so that you can create your favorites at home.

Cathy Lafrenz, our BuyFresh, BuyLocal QC connection, will be demonstrating three different soups focusing on winter vegetables available at market.
