Dear Run Land and Cattle Company is proudly owned by Douglas and Cynthia Dear. We raise only registered Texas longhorn cattle. Our longhorns are grass-fed and grass finished, free range, local to Austin. You will not find any antibiotics, growth hormones or steroids in our 100% natural beef! This lean, heart healthy, exclusive beef is produced for those who love the taste, is high in Omega 3's, lower in saturated fats and has less cholesterol than chicken! The Dears' believe in being good stewards of the land and their longhorn herd is managed using sustainable and humane practices. There really is something magical about hand feeding a 1,000 pound animal with horns six feet long! We are a working ranch without a store front, you need an appointment to visit.
