Stewards Provisions Farm and Tannery

Stewards Provisions is a regenerative farm and micro-tannery in Manchester, Michigan. We raise 100% forage fed and finished lamb, pastured chicken fed organic grains grown and milled in Michigan and produce sustainable goods from the by-products including veg tanned sheepskins and leather, tallow and wool products.  

Our world needs caretakers of the biotic community — humans, animals, plants, soil, water and air. It’s all in our name: 

Stewardship: caring for what is not ours, as if future generations depend on it. With professional training in medicine and hydrogeology, we care deeply about the health of our animals, soils, water and community.  

Provision: supplying the basic needs of our community by partnering and cultivating soil-water-plant-animal relationships.
