CSA: Dickey Sisters Natural Produce

We're going to be offering 15 shares to our customers for the 2011 season. Customers pay for these shares up front, which allows us to purchase seed and take care of other and overhead costs.

The produce will vary as the season changes and the crops mature. Each basket of produce is roughly the equivalent of what someone would pay $20.00 for at the grocery store.

Customers also take a risk in this model. Each season is different and sometimes the beans fail, or there are more turnips than you'd like. We plant based on customer preference, but there is no guarantee that the vegetables you like best are the ones that you'll get.
