We are a locally and women owned gourmet mushroom urban farm. Specializing in different varieties of the magnificent Oyster Mushroom. Our mushrooms are grown in a environmentally friendly cycle. They are grown in a natural "substrate" and sterilized using pressure and high heat. We use no chemicals. After the mushrooms are harvested the growing material is returned to the environment as an enriched compost additive. We sell this compost to local gardeners so they can reap the benefits of this enriched substrate to their soil.
We also sell "dehydrated" mushrooms so you can have these wonderfully flavored mushrooms at your hands whenever you want them.
We sell at Farmer's Markets, to individuals that want fresh gourmet mushrooms picked fresh daily, to restaurants and to health food establishments.
