Dining in by Dawn Personal Chef Service

I am a local Personal Chef looking to gain more knowledge of the locally grown produce in my area and to utilize these products in my service to clients in the Tri Valley Area. An acomplished home cook for many years, I trained to become a personal chef. I am a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and a proud member of the United States Personal Chef Association. My annual membership provides support through local chapter membership and national support through continuing education provided at the annual conventions. My intent is to support community grown agriculture by using Local Harvest produce in the dishes I prepare for my clients. I am looking forward to creating delicious meals using a wonderul variety of seasonal, locally grown, organic produce. I will also be writing articles for Personal Chef Magazine about my experiences with Local Harvest
