Our beef cattle are all heritage breeds that grow and thrive on a grass only diet. We practice adaptive multi-paddock grazing, and move the herd multiple times per day, creating fertile soils, lush pastures, and delicious, well-marbled beef.
We raise Freedom Ranger broiler chickens from April - November. They are moved onto fresh pasture twice daily, and fed GMO-free grain from Stone House Grain (a regenerative, exceptional grain operation just down the road). The birds are delicious and have beautiful, yellow fat.
