Dos Lobos Ranch is a small regenerative family farm in North Texas specializing in pasture-raised Kunekune pork and grass-finished Dexter beef. Located in Wise County, we focus on raising nutrient-dense food with old-fashioned husbandry, rotational grazing, and low-stress animal management that restores the land while producing exceptional flavor.
Our animals are raised outdoors on pasture with sunshine, fresh air, and room to roam — the way livestock were meant to live. We believe healthy soil grows healthy grass, healthy animals, and ultimately healthier food for our community.

Kunekune pork is known for its rich marbling, deep red color, and old-world flavor that chefs and food lovers compare to heritage pork once common on family farms generations ago. Our Dexter beef is naturally smaller framed, beautifully marbled, and prized for its tenderness and flavor.
