Garden of Hope Community Garden Now Accepting Applications
Vegetables arent the only things that grow in the Garden of Hope in Clarksville. Hope grows there too. The Garden of Hope project has expanded into two sites! Site 1 is located in the vacant lot across from 109 Canterbury Drive, Clarksville, TN 37043. This location is in the neighborhood behind Barksdale Elementary School (off Madison Street and about a block from Coy-Lacy Park). Site 2 is located at 108 Adkins Street in North Clarksville.
All gardeners or organizations are required to complete an application form to adopt a plot. A $25 deposit and a plot fee of $25.00 per 10x10 plot is due by May 12, 2015.
The $25 deposit shall be returned to adoptee at the end of the gardening season if the plot is maintained and cleaned up according to the guidelines. If a plot is abandoned or neglected during the growing season, the deposit will not be refunded.
