We just began our chicken farming venture in the spring of 2009. Our family wanted a few chickens for organic, free-range eggs. Now we have 40 hens and will begin selling eggs in September. Because of the high cost of the organic chicken feed, we will be selling eggs @ $3.00 a dozen. We will also be at the Marshall farmers markets!
