Hi. I have fresh French Label Rouge Freedom Ranger Poultry that are of the Heritage genetic lines that are bred for flavor and their ability to forage in a completely open environment. They are processed professionally by the N.Y. State inspected H.L.W. Acres, and I would like $4.00/# even though it's not like a business and more like an overworked 'poultry mom' act. I will add more to this listing, I am also in Buffalo, and you may email/call for questions and/or flavorful poultry. They are more flavorful and have healthier nutrition.
