The Dutch Hollow Cattle Company transitioned into a grassfed beef ranch in 2010. Our goal is to provide beef in its healthiest form. Our cattle are all natural - never fed any grains and never given hormones or antibiotics. The cattle are all rotationally grazed on pasture. As an informed consumer, you want food that is healthy for your family and the environment. You also want food that is delicious and nutritious. By simply returning cattle to a natural, grass-based diet, beef's health-promoting qualities are restored. Grass-fed beef have significantly higher levels of Omega 3 essential fatty acids, Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLAs), higher levels of vitamin E, beta-carotene and other antioxidants, less saturated fat, calories and cholesterol, and have higher quality lean proteins that are significantly higher in iron, zinc, and B-complex vitamins than grain-fed beef.
