Situated between Charlotte and Vermontville directly in the heart of Michigan's Maple Syrup country, our family has been producing Pure Michigan Maple syrup for over 90 years. My Great Grandfather Ira Halsey started here in 1921 producing Maple Syrup, now my daughter Gracelyn is beginning her Syrup career as the 5th generation. We produce Pure Maple Syrup, Maple Sugar Candy,Granulated Maple Sugar, and Maple Cream. We boil our Maple Sap over an environmentally conscious conventional wood fired evaporator right behind our home in our Sap House. Of course visitors are always welcome. Call ahead or stop by if you see the steam rolling! Sales all year long at the farm or you can pick up our Maple Products at the Michigan Untapped store in Downtown Charlotte.
