East of Eden Farm raises heritage breed poultry, turkey, and grass fed beef. Our poultry and turkey genetics are maintained on farm with sustainable practices and high welfare standards. We do not raise fast growing hybrids, but birds that take 17 to 18 weeks to reach processing weights. Our birds are raised on a USDA Organic supplement feed that is free of all soy and GMO's. Our birds lives a long outdoor life on pasture on fresh grass free of tractor confinement coops. We also integrate grass fed beef into our system. Cows free of grow hormones, grain, or confinement.
