Eby Manor Golden Guernsey milk is produced on a local family farm by 60 registered milking Guernsey cows. At Eby's Dairy Market here on the farm, we offer Golden Guernsey milk products such as 2%, 4.8% non homogenized, Chocolate milk, and 10% cream. We also offer Balkan style yogurt, Cheddar, and Havarti cheese! All of our products are 100% Golden Guernsey A2, Hormone free, and non GMO.

The Waterloo County farm just north of Waterloo is also home to many calves and young heifers who have been born on the farm. Each one has a name and each is unique in her golden-fawn and white markings as well as in her personality. Some enjoy being entertained by the cats and kittens or become companions with Murphy the dog. Others want the attention of whoever happens to walk by and like to be patted or hugged. Some even prefer not to interact with anyone.

Eby Manor Guernseys enjoy a clean and comfortable home. The responsibility and knowledge to ensure these gentle animals and the farmland that feeds them are well cared for has been passed along three generations.
