In 2015, our family began the loving restoration of an abandoned orchard with over 30 varieties of organic, heirloom apples in Southern Maine. The apples express their symphony of flavor in our handcrafted sweet ciders, consciously blended in small batches and gently fermented utilizing a European fermentation style that yields a clean tasting, premium quality vinegar.
Organic heirloom apples, raw unpasteurized sweet cider, premium quality apple cider vinegar with the mother, and seasonally cut apple wood chips for smoking foods. Always organic and handcrafted in small batches. U-Pick is not available.
