Eder Farm is committed to providing delicious, all natural grass-fed and grass-finished beef and lamb. Our animals are raised on pasture using rotational grazing and sustainable farming practices. They have access to fresh, clean water and trace minerals, and are fed organic hay during the winter months. They are never fed grain.
Our pork is fed a diet of organic grains and minerals and have access to plenty of pasture for roaming and rooting and to fresh, clean water.
The beef, lamb and pork are humanely slaughtered and butchered under USDA supervision, dry-aged for 7-14 days, clear plastic wrapped, labeled with the cut, and frozen.
