Edible Buffalo is Western New York State's first quarterly publication dedicated to promoting our local food shed in the following eight counties; Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Wyoming, Genessee, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany. Our mission is to tell the stories of our local farmers, food artisans, wineries, breweries and those who support and sustain our local food economy. Edible Buffalo is free to our readers. We offer special advertising rates to farmers and artisan producers!
