CSA: Ellison Bay Farm Fresh

Thank you for your interest in produce from Ellison Bay Farm Fresh this year. We are a small, sustainable farm on land that has been in the family farmed for 3 generations. It is exciting for us to offer locally grown, quality food for folks in Door County. We practice organic pest control and use natural methods of fertilizing our crops. We do not use petro-chemicals for pest or weed control. We buy organic and/or non-GMO seeds whenever possible. Our animals are considered family as we care for them each day.

Nature willing, we anticipate having shares available July through September. Harvest days are Thursdays. You'll get to choose how many harvests you'd like to have between July and September.

New in 2017 is more choice in the produce you receive. When you pick up your share on your assigned Thursday, you'll need to bring your own bag or cooler and will build your own CSA share.

The minimum number of harvests to sign up for is 4. The maximum is 13.

Each week's harvest costs $25. For example--if you choose 2 harvest in July, 3 harvests in August, 1 harvest in September, that is a total of 6 harvests. 6 harvests x $25 = $150.

As far as which dates in the month you'll receive the harvests, that will depend on the total sign ups from all the customers. After the sign up time has closed, we will schedule the harvest dates. (If you know a certain Thursday that you absolutely can't make because you're on vacation, etc. just let me know.)

We are offering a limited number of shares this year. We will contact you with payment instructions after you submit this form.

You may also choose a work exchange for your share. If you indicate that you'd be interested in this option, we will contact you about what skills you think you'd be able to offer in exchange for a part of your share or maybe even all of it!
