We are a boutique, food-driven restaurant in the heart of Moscow on Main Street. We describe our philosophy as one of "slow food", which encompasses everything from the production of the food itself to its preparation and the tasting experience itself. We work with local growers and suppliers wherever we can, and are committed to using the best and freshest ingredients in our Northwest cuisine. Our house-cut beef tenderloin, for example, is routinely described by reviewers as the best in town, and comes through one of our local suppliers with whom we have a ten-year relationship. The Red Door has a carefully selected wine list that features several wines from smaller, regional vineyards that are of outstanding quality and value.
